Copyright Regulations & License

Unless otherwise stated, Strawbear Studios and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on our Services. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this in our Services for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Sell, rent or sub-license material from the Services
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the Services

This Agreement shall begin on the date of downloading one of our Services.

Parts of our Services offer an opportunity for users to create their own content. Strawbear Studios does not filter, edit, publish or review user-generated content. It does not reflect the views and opinions of Strawbear Studios,its agents and/or affiliates. User-generated content reflects the views and opinions of the person who created it. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Strawbear Studios shall not be liable for user-generated content or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or creation of and/or appearance of user-generated content.

Strawbear Studios reserves the right to monitor user-generated content and to remove it if it can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms of Use.

You warrant and represent that:

You are entitled to create user-generated content and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so.
User-generated content must not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party.
User-generated content must not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy.
User-generated content will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant Strawbear Studios a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your generated content in any and all forms, formats or media.

Linking to and accessing our Content

The following organizations may link to and examine our Services without prior written approval:

Government agencies;
Search engines;
System wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not link to our Services.

No use of Strawbear Studios's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a license agreement.

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that wasn't created by us. You agree to only use our Services as intended. No content should appear on our Services or our Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Services. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request.
